The First Place winner was Barry Hovland of Cincinnati with his entry “Early Morning County Road.” Hovland also received an Honorable Mention for his “Swiss Wine Festival” photo. Judy Kappes of Bennington took Second Place, with Third Place awarded to Bud Acton of Florence. Honorable Mentions were awarded to Rosemary Bovard of Vevay, Jan Baker of Daleville and David Lipperd of Madison.
