Once you arrive, visit the Switzerland County Visitors Center located on Main Street.  Here you can pick up a town map and information about Vevay.

Leave the car where it is and walk around town visiting Shops like Bizarre Ladies Uppity Gifts (the name says it all).  Julia Knox House Gift & Wine Shop is in a 3-story historic home filled with country decor, scrapbooking accessories, wine and more.  Of Switzerland County is decked out in trendy decor and is filled with arts & crafts from regional and local artists.

While you are here, don't miss the Switzerland County Historical Museum and River History Museum.

End your day with a delicious soft serve or hand dipped ice-cream cone at Shell's Ice Cream & Grill.
